Use Reusable Containers? Reusable containers are exclusively available for our monthly customers.

Should you opt for reusable containers, we require that you wash them with soap after each use and return them to our driver the following day. Upon return, we undertake a thorough double-wash process at Balanced Lane for hygiene purposes. On the second-last day of your plan, we will transition you to paper packaging, and our drivers will collect any remaining containers. In the event that containers are not returned or are returned unwashed, damaged, or with missing pieces, we respectfully inform you that your packaging will automatically be switched to paper. If containers are not returned by the end of your service, or we have to discard any containers used by you due to a lack of hygiene, being returned damaged, or with missing pieces, you will be required to cover the cost of the container(s) in the amount of IDR 50,000 per piece. We appreciate your cooperation and effort in maintaining cleanliness and sustainability.
