Before You Get Started

Everything you need to know before starting your meal plan

Where do you deliver?
We deliver daily across Seminyak, Canggu, Kerobokan, Kuta, Sanur, Jimbaran, and Denpasar.

Limited availability is offered in Gianyar, Ubud, Nusa Dua, and Uluwatu. Availability may vary depending on routing capacity.
How does delivery work?
Meals are delivered fresh once per day using thermal bags. Deliveries typically arrive between 9:45 AM and 12:30 PM, depending on your area. Exact arrival times may vary slightly from day to day.

If you are not home at the time of delivery, you may leave instructions for where the meals should be placed. Many customers provide fridge access or a cooling box for safe storage upon arrival.
Are macros exact?
We aim to keep our macros as accurate as possible. Protein portions are weighed carefully, as this is the key component of our meals. Minor variation may occur due to local ingredient sourcing and standard food handling.
How does the menu work and can I customise my meals?
Our menu follows a long-term rotation of international flavours, designed to provide variety while maintaining consistency. Meals follow the listed weekly menu.

Due to the scale at which our kitchen operates, we are unable to offer fully customised meals or remove individual ingredients.

For one-meal-per-day plans, you may choose either all lunches or all dinners for the week.

We can accommodate select minor modifications, such as peanut allergies, limited protein substitutions (for example, replacing beef or seafood with chicken), and substituting carbohydrates for additional vegetables or salad.
What if I need to pause or make changes?
If you would like to pause your meal plan or make changes, please inform us by 11AM at least one day prior to delivery. This allows us time to adjust meal preparation and routing accordingly.
How long do the meals last and how do I reheat them?
Meals should be refrigerated upon delivery and kept chilled until consumption. For the best experience, we recommend consuming them on the day of delivery, though they will typically remain fresh for 1–2 days when properly stored.

To reheat, we recommend using a pan with a small amount of your preferred oil for optimal flavour. Please remove any salad components and all packaging before reheating.
What is the minimum order and can I order for one day?
Our minimum order is five meals per week. Smaller orders are possible; however, the per-meal rate will be adjusted accordingly.
