Our Single Protein meal plan is designed to support you with weight loss. If you enrol for 2 meals per day while managing a breakfast to ensure you eat on a calorie deficit, meaning you burn more calories than you consume, you will lose weight. We recommend using a calorie tracking app, such as MyFitnessPal, so you can discover your caloric needs and log your meals. For optimal results, we recommend pairing our meal plan with a weightlifting and/or active lifestyle, and not snacking on unhealthy foods in between meals, foods high in processed fats. Our meals are focused on high protein designed to keep you full so you can enjoy your process without hunger spikes.

We are not able to honor time requests, as we do our routing according to efficiency of each route. If you need your meals delivered at a specific time, please contact us and we will support you with finding a solution.
We cannot provide exact delivery times, as there are many factors that come into play. Your meals will usually arrive within the same 15-30 minute time frame each day, but this is not guaranteed. The arrival time may also change week by week as our routing may change, depending on the deliveries needed that week. Mondays may arrive later as we need more time to find new addresses, and Saturdays may arrive earlier as we have less deliveries.
Tips are appreciated but not required. If our drivers help you with special requests that take more effort, then tips are a nice way to show them appreciation for their effort.
We do not accommodate ingredient modifications due to preferences. As we cook in very high volumes, this helps us ensure accuracy in our meal prep and packaging.
Majority of our ingredients are gluten-free, but we do have some recipes that contain small amounts of gluten which cannot be removed, so we do not offer a gluten-free meal plan option. However, we can remove items with large amounts of gluten, like wraps, pasta, gyoza, couscous, noodles, etc.
Generally, our meals are focused on balanced macronutrients with high protein, carbohydrates, and vegetables. We are able to remove main carbs, but we do not offer a full Keto diet. Other diet requests require a consultation, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate.
We majorly use olive oil, and occasionally, we use sesame oil, and coconut oil.
We do not use pork or lard in our kitchen. However, we do use ingredients that contain alcohol in some recipes, which can be removed upon request.
We majorly source our protein locally, or from the supermarket, with the exception of salmon and tuna.
Please refrigerate your meal if you do not intend to consume it right away. Our food generally lasts in room temperature for 2-3 hours, but we suggest refrigeration until consumption to ensure freshness.
We suggest leaving special instructions for our driver to place your meals directly into your fridge if possible. If there is no direct access to your fridge, we can organize with one of your staff. You can also arrange your own GoJek when you get home. Our team can keep your meals refrigerated and pass it to the driver, as long as it’s before 2pm.
We exclusively honor choosing meals for our monthly customers. You must choose at least 2 chicken dishes per week if you are receiving one meal per day, or 4 chicken dishes per week if you are receiving two meals per day. Yes. If you eat high protein foods, low in fat and calculate your daily calorie needs, you will see results with consistency. In order to loose weight with food, you need to create a calorie deficit which means the body burns more calories than it consumes which is why counting calorie intake is important.
**We always recommend exercising for the best and fastest results.
No. You can flatten your belly, but in order to develop prominent abs/6 pack the muscles need to be trained with the proper workouts and exercise. After your workout, consume protein for better results.
Highly not Recommended. It’s best to decrease your calorie intake from 10-20% in order to loose weight. If you decrease too much at one time, then it will shock your body and you will not get results. Once your body gets used to being on a lower calorie diet, you can continue to decrease your daily calorie intake but it’s important not to go too low.
No. Rice is carbohydrates which the body uses as fuel. The issue is the cooking method, either using too much oil or unhealthy sauces and fats. Plain rice breaks down into glycogen which the body then uses for energy.
It depends. We need omega 3 essential fatty oils to protect our cells. However, only a certain amount of healthy fats are needed in the body so consuming more than the needed amount will cause weight gain. Unhealthy fats like gorengan/fried food are not good for heart health.
Proteins are the building blocks of muscle tissue, known as amino acids, which your body uses to repair muscles and protect bones. If your daily protein intake is not met, it can cause muscle breakdown resulting in weakness, so we always recommend understanding how much protein you should consume per day.
No. We do not use MSG or flavor enhancers in our food. Our team members are trained to source ingredients that do not contain MSG and we focus on flavors through the use of spices. However, it’s important to understand that MSG naturally occurs in some foods like tomatoes, onions, spinach, green peas, cabbage, broccoli, parmesan cheese, and roquefort.
